Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I’m happy to create custom glass, wood, and ceramic
pieces.
Custom orders depend on the design and material — just message me with your
idea and I’ll let you know timing and cost before starting.
How long does it take to process my order?
Ready-made items usually ship in 1–3 business days.
Custom order times vary depending on complexity, usually 3–10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship within Canada, the U.S., and many international
destinations.
For U.S. customers, duties and taxes are typically covered in advance (DDP), so
you shouldn’t have surprise fees on delivery.
What if something arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48
hours with clear photos of:
- the
damaged item
- the
packaging
- the
shipping box
I will replace or refund the item once reviewed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
unless already shipped or production has begun on a custom order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — I accept returns and exchanges on most ready-made
items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their
original packaging.
Custom items, personalized pieces, “seconds,” clearance
items, and final-sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I care for my glass, wood, or ceramic items?
Glass:
Wash gently with warm water and mild soap. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Wood:
Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not soak. Oil occasionally to maintain finish.
Ceramics:
Hand-wash recommended. Avoid dropping or extreme temperature swings.
